On behalf of our client Legacy Communications, LLC, this is a notice that the antenna (receive-only dish) with call sign E191397 (File No. SES-REG-20181009-05021) in Scottsbluff, Nebraska, is no longer in use and will not return to service.

Please update the list of incumbent earth stations, released by the Commission on July 6, 2020, to remove this registration from that list.
