As per the kind advice of Mr Nguyen, I am sending you the responses to  enquiries raised by the FCC, concerning the application of Barrick Gold to operate its private VSAT station in the USA.

Please find below the answers:

1. The Schedule B, item E47 - the correct answer is: 1M00GXD and 896KGXD

2. Item E49 (maximum EIRP density per carrier): the correct maximum EIRP density per carrier is 24.0 dBW/4kHz

3.     Item E41/42, antenna gain transmit:  a correct value is 46.7 dBi at 14.250 GHz

4. Item E52/53, Frequency limits, lists for receive in 12022-12058 and transmit in 14322-14358. Does this mean the intent to transmit and receive only in these ranges? Yes, only this range will be used to transmit and receive.
