Please GRANT this licensed application by BUSHTEX Inc. wherein it proposes a 4.5m Ku-Band transmit/receive temporary mobile station for digital bitstream transport and television  broadcast using a  Gilbert , AZ  earth station.   Applicant proposes transmitting in the 14-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) band  and 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) frequency bands.   This proposed transportable is a transceiving station (transmits/receive) which uses a 52.9 dBi Antenna.

PLEASE AMEND APPLICATION AS FOLLOWS PRIOR TO GRANT.

1.   Change checked box from Common Carrier to Non-Common Carrier.

2.   Change checked box from NAD-27 to NAD-83.

3.   The transmit emission designator on the transmit frequency should be “36M00G7W”

4.   Add receive frequency 11700-12200; with emissions “36M00G7W”
