12. Description. Sirius XM Radio Inc. requests special temporary authority 14 days beginning on July 10, 2023, to permit use of its E080185 earth station to support testing of the SXM-7 satellite using a frequency in the WCS D Block spectrum, 2348.0 MHz. See attached narrative.
