| 12. Description.
USN is requesting authorization for its Alaskan earth station to be used to assist the European Space Agency ESA with supporting testing and early orbit phase of the Sentinels fleet of spacecrafts, particularly here Sentinel 1C. Communication shall consist of ranging, telecommand and telemetry. This support will validate Sentinels data collection for future collaboration with USGS and no cost delivery to other US portals. This is an extension to SES-STA-20221209-01326 which is valid until July 30th 2023
