12. Description. Authority STA for use prior to grant of pending C-band earth station license under FCC File number SES-LIC-20220323-00344. This is STA is needed to support critical US Govt projects. The current license request has been pending for over 4 months. The existing STA SES-STA-20220816-00876 is set to expire and this action is critical to meet Government operations.
13. By checking Yes, the undersigned certifies that neither applicant nor any other party to the application is subject to a denial of Federal benefits that includes FCC benefits pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti-Drug Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C.
