IBFS Team,

Recently, Modification filings have been filed on the following sites, listed below.

However, Scott Wood reviewed ATKA E2276 grant and discovered the previous modification to add Gen Dynamics Antenna was deleted, from current modification application.

Please provide an explanation, why the Antenna was deleted on ATKA E2276 modification, granted on 4/13/2021?

In addition, confirm the sites listed above; in which antennas were previously added on a modification, will not be deleted.

Per Scott:  We have filed for emissions changes at several locations with a second antenna and I want to make sure that they do not get deleted as well.  The sites are:

E2204 – Igiugig

E6216 – Kakhonak

E4490 – Kalskag

E6238 – Nikolai

For all of these, the emission designators using frequencies 29500.0000 - 30000.0000 and 19700.0000 - 20200.0000 will stay and will use the Gen Dynamics 3122 antenna which will also stay on the license.

ALASCOM previously conducted modification filings to add antennas to the sites; in which we are now adding emission designators to the same sites.

Thanks,
